Starting the New Year Right
Thanks to all who were able to attend our first event of the year on January 27. Nearly 100 people attended and enjoyed the panel discussion about developments in towns along the I-91 corridor. Kevin Dillon, executive director of the Connecticut Airport Authority, garnered our organization news coverage when he broke the news that an interim casino within the Sheraton Hartford Hotel would be possible if that were the selected site for the casino.

CREW CT: The Network That Works
Member Profile: Colleen Sheridan

Since relocating from New York City to Connecticut five years ago, Colleen Sheridan has already made her mark here. Her position as Senior Vice President at RM Bradley is ideal as her entire career has been in commercial real estate. Her specialties include investment sales, disposition of surplus corporate properties, sale leaseback transactions and tenant representation throughout the Tri-State Area. She says she particularly likes buildings that are “complicated” and has lots of experience with historic structures.
