CREW’s Millennial Panel at the New 777 Main

Join us for an evening with an interesting and lively panel all about the millennial generation. We will discuss everything from living, working and personal preferences and the effect on commercial real estate while enjoying pizza and beer and networking with industry professionals.

If that’s not enough, you will also have the opportunity to go on a tour of the newly converted 777 Main to get a sneak peak of common areas and apartments!

Panelists include:

Stephanie Cabral
Stephanie Cabral is a broker at Colliers International in Hartford. She has been with Colliers for two years focusing primarily on retail, office, and multifamily transactions representing landlords, tenants, and buyers. Before joining Colliers, Stephanie was a practicing attorney in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Stephanie is a Connecticut native and has returned to her home town to pursue her real estate career after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University with a double major in Russian and Sociology, completing law school in Florida, and obtaining an advanced law degree in Stockholm, Sweden. In her real estate career, she has represented a wide variety of clients, including medical marijuana growers, financial advisors, lawyers, national distributors, large apartment buildings, eateries, software programmers, energy consultants, and multifamily developers, to name just a few. In her spare time, she is a real estate investor, an avid volleyball player, and a volunteer with Double Dog Rescue.

Jenna Bennetti
Jenna is currently a supervisor in the audit department at Whittlesey & Hadley, P.C. in Hartford, where she has worked for almost 7 years. She is a member of the real estate niche at W&H and supervises real estate and non-profit audits. Within real estate, her primary focus is on affordable housing financial and compliance audits for entities with HUD, CHFA or DECD financing, but also performs and supervises a variety of other real estate entity audits and has experience with cost certifications. She graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Criminology in 2008, and officially became a CPA in 2012. Jenna became a member of CREW-CT in 2014 and is currently the co-chair of the Professional Development Committee.

Bridget Widdowson
Bridget became a member of Murtha Cullina's Business & Finance Department in 2014 and represents clients in the areas of general corporate law, real estate and financing. She assists clients with real estate acquisitions, development, tax credits, financing and entity formation. Bridget’s representation of clients includes negotiation of loan documentation, purchase and sale agreements, leases and entity formation, as well as all other aspects of commercial real estate and asset-based lending transactions. She also serves on the firm’s Professional Development Committee. She became a member of CREW-CT this year and currently serves on the Membership Committee. Bridget received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member and a Managing Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Robert E. Cook Honors College of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Kelsey Rath
Kelsey joined Talcott Realty Investors in 2011 and is responsible for assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio modeling and assisting in the efforts to raise Talcott’s fourth value add office fund. In addition, she has numerous asset management responsibilities including lease negotiations, overseeing third party property managers and leasing brokers, and budget and business plan analyses. Ms. Rath holds the LEED Green Associate designation, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council and is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Program. Ms. Rath serves as Chair of the Young Professionals Network and Co-Chair of Sponsorship Committee for the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut, is Program Committee Co-Chair for CREW-CT and a Big Sister in the Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Ms. Rath graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business with a concentration in Real Estate. Ms. Rath received the 2014 Early Career Alumni of the Year Award by the UCONN Real Estate Center.
