CREW CT – The Real Estate Exchange presents:
Navigating the World of Tax Assessments

Join us for this Lunch & Learn where esteemed panelists will engage in an informative discussion of the property tax and assessment system in Connecticut, how to negotiate property tax provisions in commercial leases, and the steps that can be taken to ensure assessments and the resulting taxes are fair and reasonable. They will discuss why property taxes are one of the largest fixed costs for any commercial property owner or NNN tenant in Connecticut. They will address the steps that may be taken to ensure taxpayers are not paying more than they should and that there are no misunderstandings between landlords and tenants.
