Recipient Will Have the Choice of:
- Full Tuition Reimbursement towards the CI 101 Course hosted by the CT CCIM Chapter Sept. 26 - 29, 2022, or
- $1,000 Tuition Reimbursement towards a CCIM Designation Course (CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104) taken Online or hosted by another Chapter
The Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipient should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.
Scholarship Selection Criteria
- Applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career.
- Applicant should be able to demonstrate active participation with the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, such as attending events, volunteering, or as a due-paying member (see application).

NOTE: Scholarship recipient will be responsible for the initial cost of the registration of the course; Scholarship amount will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the course. Failing the course renders the scholarship null and void and the scholarship amount will not be issued by the chapter.
NOTE: The scholarship cannot be applied retroactively to any course already taken; the award is not redeemable for cash; the CCIM Connecticut Chapter will not reimburse individuals for any courses already taken.

Recipient Notification E-mail notification will be sent to scholarship winner by Sept. 19, 2022. Winner will receive a scholarship registration form for course registration. Recipient is responsible for submitting his/her scholarship course registration form to register for his/her class.
