- Full - open to individuals currently employed in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE) with 5+ years of experience
- 2022 full year dues: $325 / mid-year dues after June 15: $180
- Associate - open to individuals currently employed in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE) with <5 years of experience
- 2022 full year dues: $325 / mid-year dues after June 15: $180
- Affiliate - open to individuals currently employed, and with 5+ years of experience, in a field related to commercial real estate, such as furniture or flooring vendors, HVAC, restoration, janitorial or security services, and so on.
- 2022 full year dues: $325 / mid-year dues after June 15: $180
- Minimum $1000 Annual Sponsorship required of Affiliate Member firm
- Civic - open to individuals currently employed with a government, public agency, university, or other non-profit organization
- 2022 full year dues: $250 / mid-year dues after June 15: $180
- Retired - open to previous members in good standing for at least 5 years
- 2022 full year dues: $230
- Student - Graduate - open to students enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours) in a college or university graduate program intended to lead to a career in commercial real estate
- 2021 full year dues: $210 / mid-year dues after June 15: $120
- Student - Undergraduate - open to students enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours) in a college or university undergraduate program intended to lead to a career in commercial real estate
- 2022 full year dues: $105
To become a member of CREW CT, an applicant must:
- Have attended at least one CREW CT event prior to application.
- Be sponsored by at least two CREW members.
